“Ben Hamilton sold me a vehicle several years ago. Every single Christmas he sends me a Christmas card. When I went to shop for a new vehicle this time, I had stopped at 3 previous places. I live in Cabot and we just stopped along the way to our ultimate stop, Russell Chevrolet. The other 3 places were unclean, didn’t have much knowledge about their vehicles, or didn’t have what we were looking for.Ben was busy with another customer, but quickly finished to greet me. “We have Dodge work trucks each with the 5.9L Cummins diesel engine. They are older and high mileage, but mostly highway miles. One truck began making a sound similar to a dentist drill which after some research I felt the turbocharger may need some service. I read the reviews and decided on Arkansas Turbo. It's one of the best decisions I ever made. We dropped the turbocharger off and they had it ready the next afternoon with all of the gaskets we needed for installation and it looked like new. After we installed the turbocharger and went for a test ride the truck ran better than it has in a long while. Evidently this should have been done a long time ago. I want to thank Robin, Lynn, and Brandon for the excellent job they did in helping us get back on the road. I highly recommend this company for any turbocharger needs you may have.”

“Took my car to him expecting a phone call stating that it was gonna cost a lot more than the 50$ I had already spent on a part from the dealership and a lot more was gonna be wrong!I have to throw this in there….because I saw the negative review where the person was mad that it was taking longer than 2 hours for her car to get looked at! Seriously? He lets you drop your car off with no appointment….I think 2 hours is a bit of a high expectation! He had to look at mine first thing this morning and I was more than fine with that even though I randomly dropped it off yesterday morning. I guarantee you spent way more than you would’ve if you had some patience!Sorry! Anyway I got a call that nothing more was wrong and was actually able to pull the broken part out of my caliper and use the one I had purchased from Nissan. He didn’t charge me a dime. I offered many times because he (Larry) had taken time out of his busy day to take care of my issue and I felt he deserved to be paid. Again, no charge.Always been the best place in NLR, but was reminded why again today.”
