“This was the second oil change and tire rotation service on my K4. Everything was free due to the maintenance plan purchased. The wait area was nice with coffee, water, popcorn, a variety of snacks, and ample charging capabilities. I was greeted with a friendly smile and I felt extremely comfortable while I waited. Thirty minutes into the appointment a video of the progress of my service was sent through text. I look forward to my next service appointment.”
“One of the best Auto Parts locations. The customer service is always knowledgeable, polite, and straight to the point (my personal favorite). They always drop whatever they are doing to assist you either inside, or outside (One time a guy helped me outside in the rain and he was literally happy to do it). The manager at this location is also the type that enjoys getting his hands dirty for the customer, as well as the staff. 10 stars if I could.”

I needed a tire and he called a place for me, told the guy what I needed and had him hold it for me. I bought a rim , or hubcap, and told him I would let everyone know about this shop. “DEVEN IS A ROCKSTAR EMPLOYEE. I went into AutoZone in Sherwood today to buy new windshield wipers for my vehicle. DEVEN went above and beyond. He has an amazing personality and great attitude. I’m so grateful for his help today. He even showed me how to remove and replace in the future and Removed the old blades and place the new blades onto my car for me. Thank you Deven. “On 6/12/2026 I went to Express to get my oil changed. I told the tech there was a check engine light on in my vehicle and asked if there was a way he could check it. I was told it would take $25 and 25 minutes for a check. I passed and afterwards, my husband told me to go to O'Reilly. I did and spoke to Clayton. Right away he grabbed a handheld device and we went outside to check. Within seconds he told me what was going on. He printed the results. Needless to say, I bought the parts and was out the door within minutes. We are regular customers and I really appreciated Clayton helping me out! He is awesome and so is Kerby!”
