“I had a great experience with Budget at the North Little Rock location in February. Mario, the rep who assisted me, was able to help with my vehicle needs and accommodate my family size as well. My experience was amazing, I am booking with them again this month of March!!
The customer service Mario provided during my reservation and return processes was second to none. I have rented vehicles from a few companies, including Enterprise and Hertz, and I truly enjoyed my time with Budget.”

“Give Brent a raise! He took excellent care of me & my rental needs. The other “name” rental in the area let me down greatly and I was in a bind…Brent was able to rescue me that day and I had excellent service the entire time I needed the rental. I would 1,000% recommend HERTZ solely on the wonderful service provided by Brent.
Thank you,
Mitzi”
“*AVIS North Little Rock Arkansas McCain mall location* Phillip Smith was amazing. I asked for a reliable SUV that would be great on gas. The SUV was very clean with a full tank gas that lasted a long time. Phillip Smith at AVIS in the Mcain Mall in North Little Rock Arkansas was very knowledgeable and kind. Words can't describe my gratitude. I will definitely be renting a vehicle again and telling all my friends and family about the amazing good quality vehicles and outstanding service.”

“I was in a bad and desperate situation, thankfully Tyrus and another gentleman were nice enough to open availability for a gas friendly rental before they closed. Great attitudes, and very friendly young men.”
