“I rent at least once a year. THIS year it's been more. Yesterday I rented a car. I was an hour into my drive and heard strange noises coming from the car. I called Enterprise and they said no worries. I could go to the nearest Enterprise and swap out. They also always help if you have questions on the rental. I peppered them on a rental. I didn't know how to use some of the car functions and they were extremely helpful. The ONLY complaint I have is the parking lot. It's so small and often is full.”

“Let me start off by saying that I normally have horrible luck with car rentals so I always go in expecting the worst. After calling every car rental place in the area with no luck, I reached out to the Hertz on Reservoir and it was easily the best service I’ve ever received from a car rental place. Kamillee was pleasant, knowledgeable and very good at her job. She explained the process, fees, etc. in a way that was easy to understand along with giving me more than one option so I wasn’t stuck in a coke can on wheels. I was able to upgrade for .43 cents a day which was definitely worth it. I would recommend this place to anybody. Great job Kamillee!”

“I attended a conference in Little Rock, Arkansas. When I got to the Enterprise counter I was tired and aggravated. I was greeted with a smile & welcome to Little Rock by Sarah. She apologized for not having the car I reserved and offered me an upgrade. She was friendly, funny and made me feel much better. Enterprise I'm a Financial Service manager at Verizon who supervices 24 customer service representative. I love Sarah energy and I would be ecstatic to have her on my team. Even the customer behind me was laughing. Sarah was bubbly, empathetic, friendly and a great help. She turned my frown into a smile. You should be proud to have her on your team.”
