“In and out within 15 minutes thanks to Antione. The young customer service rep called me up to the counter after a horrible experience with Avis. I was in the process of booking online with Hertz. He told me he could take care of everything and he did! I had already waited two hrs trying to get a car with 4 cards being declined, Antione rescued me and got my husband and I on our way.
