Cricket offers unlimited talk, text, and data access with no annual contract, so a plan fit a lifestyle. Customers can stop by the North Little Rock store or the Camp Robinson store for service. A nice lady fixed my phone, but other things stopped working; a 2nd phone from the same store have been unable to call for help twice. Some customers felt their identity was stolen and information was incorrect after a call back. At Camp Robinson the most excellent customer service was praised; staff spend time with customers, educate, and help with devices. Friendly people at the store get the job done and make sure taking care before leaving.
Very willing to help me with my insurance claim on my phone we was on the phone for 2 hours then come to find out that they was closed the day before Thanksgiving. I don't remember his name but the Spanish gentleman that help me.Thank you

I went to get a phone from them and my wasn’t able to make calls but I could get online,it was frustrating but they made it right and they thrive to keep me satisfied and they do go above and beyond. I will continue to do business with them. Thx cricket
