“I was in the toy aisle with my boys and I was so embarrassed that we got in the way of a worker stocking toys...until Ms. Sandy became our best friend. She saw that the boys were taking pictures for their birthday lists and she showed them other toys they might like. She let them get excited about the things they loved and showed me things that were age appropriate for them. She made my day and theirs.
