It was a pleasant experience and I didn’t feel like it took an unreasonable amount of time. The only negative is I noticed one of the tire valve caps is now missing.

I was on 4% oil and needed an oil change bad. I called my salesman Keith because the service schedule said they were booked out for a week. Keith got me in. I used the courtesy shuttle and had my car washed and vacuumed. I was so happy with the entire experience. I didn’t know what I was going to do. Thank you so much.
