The staff is very kind and attentive, the waiting area and bathroom is clean, and there is an area to charge your devices. They offer water, coffee, and hot chocolate. Sam Taylor in the service department kept me updated and ensured that my wait time was reasonable. Great customer service, very satisfied!!
