“This was the first time in a long time where I've stayed in lodging where I actually felt less of a customer and more like an actual guest. This is large in part due to the professionalism and kindness and care shown by Robyn at the front desk. She happened to be present at the time of us checking in and the person checking us in but offered compassion with genuine hospitality and spoke up on hearing me ask the other person about the details of the breakfast. She quickly chimed in providing encouragement and reassurance of the quality of what we could expect for that next morning. She provided reassurance to my question about late check in, as well. When the other person looked to sign on the wall displaying check in and check out times to support her response. Ms Robyn offered compassion again when the other person said that the best she could do was 12 pm and that I would have to talk to the staff on at that time. I had explained we have one guest with us in one of the three rooms we rented, who was not going to be well enough to attend the service so we would be needing to return to get them after. And in addition to the stormy weather expected, I wasn't sure how far away the locations were or how long it would take to get back to the hotel. Ms.Robyn politely acknowledged that advisement and said that would be alright and she would be there. The next day as I had anticipated there were unforseen changes with the service, and locations not found by GPS with the added heavy rain downpour with so much construction redirections it caused there to be a delay in our return. I made multiple calls back to the hotel and so grateful Ms Robyn was on the one to answer each time. I called anxious and concerned that there was any issue with our delay and our family member there would be put into an awful situation of being asked to leave with no way and no where to go. She never sounded rude or annoyed, but instead as a true blessing in our time of need was quite the opposite. She with such a sympathetic tone reassured me that they understand and didn't want me to add any more stress on myself and issued her condolences in our time of grief She mentioned repeatedly that it would be ok and not to worry. And quite honestly that was so comforting it brought more tears to my eyes. But, not as those before of sadness, but from immense gratitude. If Ms Robyn is not in a leadership role she most definitely should be! She exemplifies the standard of excellence that should be mirrored by others in guest services. She brings her genuine concern and care for guests to Comfort Inn that I will seek, appreciate, and recommend to others. Thanks are in order to your entire staff. The room was impressively clean and neat. The other staff members were also notably gracious including housekeeping and dining. Very pleased with our stay! And as mentioned I most grateful to have had the pleasure of getting superior guest assistance from MS. ROBYN! She made the experience that much better. Comfort Inn can be reassured of our return and positive referrals.Rooms: Very neat clean and up to date.”

“As we entered the property, we were met by a nice presentation, fragrance and a professional who was smiling and extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. Rare. Her name is Alexandria. She was so pleasant, helpful and made a remarkable impression.She also guided us to the possibility of a great restaurant, Cypress Social.Indeed, this property is on the right track and an upcoming gem.Believe me, customer service is definitely a very important part of this experience.We later met Tonya, also very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. These two should become a more defined part of management. Location is great, lots of interesting activities close and attainable. Hotel is undergoing upgrades, that's great. Secure and cameras everywhere. “We checked in for a night as we were just passing through. It is the nicest Candlewood Suites I've been to. The room was clean. We didn't hear any hallway noise but did hear a little bit of noise from the trucks at the warehouse behind the hotel. The lady at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. It was slightly off our path but totally worth it.”

Atmosphere felt safe.Hallways and room are modern and seem to be recently remodeled.King bed room was super spacious and clean. Modern decor and furniture and a/c worked well. Bed was comfortable. Shower head was amazing with excellent water pressure and temp.Fitness room was clean with several cardio options and a weight machine.Breakfast area was clean and modern with a bright decor. Variety of breakfast items with great detail paid to keep warm things warm and cold things cold as needed.Highly recommend and we will be back I’m sure.Oh outside pool area looked well cared for and clean but we did not use it.”

“It was a very nice experience. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. They were very welcoming and helpful. The shuttle service was great. The room was very clean and the amenities were nice. It was well maintained. The room had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable. I will be staying there again in the future if I should have the need for a nice hotel.”

“Location is the best thing about this hotel. It is clean and I noticed ny neighbor left ladder in back of truck. That let's me know it very safe which is expected located right across from NLR Police department. The only thing that I can say negative when We checked in I was told 1pm checkout that really impressed me. One could say it was simple miscommunication. When 11am came I found out the actual checkout I was very unhappy I found accommodation immediately.”
