I was impressed with it all… room, location, price, and customer service. If visiting the area, this is an exceptional choice. The room was large and very clean. The owner communicated early and extended availability if questions arose. Location was convenient to meet our needs.

Stayed here last January, rooms were nice and the location was acceptable… I will say there was something sinister, ominous lurking. I wasnt a fan of this, in fact, it made me and my spouse (in the house) uncomfortable. My spouse said there was a “spiritual” presence in the house prior to this.

We live locally, but anytime there is a concert we try to stay closer to the venue, and this was an amazing little cottage right in the middle of downtown north little rock.
