Metro by T-Mobile offers prepaid plans and 5G phones with great customer service. The staff is friendly, wonderful, and phenomenal. Employees are polite, knowledgeable, and do their best to help. They provide awesome service and will walk customers through plans and products. The experience is efficient, with service completed in less than an hour. Assistance includes finding items at other locations. Customers report they will definitely be back due to the excellent service.
