“The employees are nice and professional, but there is a lack of urgency to secure your packages.
When I would drop off a package, the employees would simply tell me to leave it on the counter. If I am sending anything of value, it makes me hesitant to leave the store until the package is secured by the employeees. Anyone coming into the store could simply take the package I had dropped off.
They have recently added a locked drop-box, which helps to resolve this issue. However, a large package will not fit in it.”

I showed up with 4 smaller boxes because that’s all I could manage and brought two larger boxes with me. Yes helped me divide which box was best and patiently helped me pack the larger boxes while I rattled on and on. He was so kind, patient and helpful. I will be heading back for help in the future.”
