“It was busy when I walked in to the ups store. I managed my returns and then asked for help with printing from an email sent. Only 2 people helped me, Toby and Ross. There was a woman picking up her mail and she waited 5 minutes. The only 2 people helping anyone was Ross and Toby. I give them 5 stars.”

Aimee is without fail, fast, knows her job inside and out, is always customer focused, and so personable.
Even having to temporarily locate to a different store front after storms took the roof off her home store, she has been a trooper. She wants to move back in to a permanent space as much as we do!
As UPS continues to push ahead on a permanent location (even if it's not the original), please hear us beg for a more user friendly set up. “It is located in a pharmacy off of Main street in North Little Rock. As soon as I clarified what I needed, they took good care of me. They were good to me and helpful.”
“The employees are nice and professional, but there is a lack of urgency to secure your packages.
When I would drop off a package, the employees would simply tell me to leave it on the counter. If I am sending anything of value, it makes me hesitant to leave the store until the package is secured by the employeees. Anyone coming into the store could simply take the package I had dropped off.
They have recently added a locked drop-box, which helps to resolve this issue. However, a large package will not fit in it.”
