Lori was so helpful. She led the way through the entire process of choosing and matching tiles and grouts and colors and sheens. All things I’m terrible at doing.

Taylor did a great job helping us choose our materials for our two bathroom remodels. He is very knowledgeable. I showed him a picture I got off the internet and he immediately knew the name of the tile. He was very patient even though we changed our minds many times during the process.
