“Just want to shout out Home Depot on McCain! We go in there every single day and love everyone who works there. But they all hold a special place in my heart now! Our 2 year old got out of our sight and got lost and within a minute of us taking off looking for her and yelling for her the store already called a code and sent out “Sarina missing” on their hand helds. Everyone knows Sarina in there so every employee in there was already sprinting across the store searching for her! I ended up finding her a couple minutes later holding Ms Ann’s from the appliance departments hand and she was just begging her to take her to the “toys” (Halloween decor) ??♀️??♀️ I’m still shaken up full of tears! Thankful for them reacting so quickly ????”
“I highly recommend Ferguson and especially Jason! He went above and beyond to find the parts I needed for several repairs of old 70's type plumbing. I was able to just send him pictures via text and in 2 business days was able to go pick up my order. Will never go anywhere else for my plumbing needs and will for sure tell my friends!”

“I have a whole home water system and it has leaked twice. Over the weekend it leaked a second time and no one will answer a call. There is absolutely no way to prevent the system from flooding your home and no shut off valve. It has warped the floor where it leaked over the weekend and I have hardwoods throughout my home but in the mean time I am still awaiting a call back. I am very disappointed, I have almost a $4000 filtration system in my home. I am giving two stars only because I love the way the water feels and taste in my home.
Updated I am happy to say that the owner has made things right with my system and I believe they have an after hours call system in place which will greatly help old and new clients. Water is wonderful but water damages as quickly as fire and I love my system and it gives me some relief knowing that if there ever is another problem that a human will be there to answer my call. Thank you Ryan for all your help.”

“Chris and Jerome were very polite, professional and pleasant. Chris even asked very politely if he could have ONE of my Reeces left from Halloween, so I was even handing him more as he went out the door. Jerome got his pick of the bunch as well. An extra bonus to their service, they helped me get rid of my leftovers.
