Someone lost there debit card by ATT STORE IN NLR. I TOOK CARD TOO SIMMONS BANK TO TURN IT IN.

There is only one person working the lobby and drive-through during lunch. I was told I would have to wait an hour to open up an account. Suggested me to try a different location.

Mrs Rosalin went over and beyond to help me. She was kind professional and courteous at all times. You need more employees of her caliber..and Issac the phone customer service representative was patient and so very kind and helpful.Im very very grateful for them.
