I had lost my debit card and thought they were open until 7 but they actually closed at 6 so even though it was 30 mins after closing Davion the branch manager went ahead and replaced my debit card! I was extremely thankful! Best place to bank at!”

“I dropped by the North Hills branch to cash in a bag of change since I knew from past use they had a change counting machine. Unfortunately, the old school machine had broken down and a part was no longer available to repair it. Cydney was so kind and offered to count out the change for me. It was right after lunch and I told her I would help and that way she could assist other customers since one person was out for lunch. Cydney was so friendly yet professional with me and everyone that came in during that time. An hour later, we had gotten the change counted and rolled - she and another employee had helped everyone that came in the lobby. During the time I spent at this branch, I’d say Cydney is great at taking care of her customers , along with offering a friendly greeting to everyone that came in for business. She also seemed to get along well with her co-workers. I experienced great customer service from Cydney and will look forward to her assistance next time I return!”

“I went to one of my local locations on a Saturday, and only went to dispute a fraudulent charge (super easy and simple). Well in the process I asked a few questions I needed to know in order to determine what to do to move forward in my life as my circumstances are the best right now. I got the answers I needed (which by the way if you are worried about losing your account history with the bank for good standing for future loans, have no fear, the account history starts at the first date of creating the account and that's what they look at!), so 2 new accounts created, and a plan on when the close the previous 2 accounts! Marquasia was the absolute best! So very helpful, listened to my nonsense stories and was so sweet the whole time! Best bank ever!”

“The last few times I’ve been to this location I have been greeted By a Lady named emerald And she is the most pleasant person. I’ve had the opportunity of encountering at all the arvest locations. She is happy and kind and welcoming she has given me the best experience I’ve ever had at a bank. she was also very kind to my elderly mother who struggles with her speech due to a stroke. My mom just loves her.I hope the company takes her serious as an employee. And she goes far She deserves a raise people like her is what keeps me, Banking in Arvest!”
“Always have used them since about 2007 or so…..absolutely no complaints at all. I use a few of the branches but today I went inside the McCain branch because I had fraud on my account. I needed to close and reopen an account. I didn’t mind but I felt bad for whoever was going to have to help me!
Sierra, was the sweetest and kindest person and made the process so easy. She didn’t push things that I didn’t need and waived a few fees for a month. We spoke about Jesus and I immediately loved her for that.
I do need to say that I didn’t interact with everyone in there, but they all spoke or smiled and that’s what makes this bank the best. Mr. Skylar was a very kind young man.
I spoke with the branch manager, Bianca and let her know that I was grateful for an easy fix to this situation and that I had a great employee to help me.
I’m big on compliments sometimes more so than complaining. Bianca was kind and was genuinely interested and thankful for the feedback.

“Most of the time I get good fast , friendly service . I remember a few years back when my grandmother died and I had p.o.a , they were more then helpful . They did a whole lot more for me than Bank of America ( whom I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy ) Usually , if there is something to complain about , I would say it is the wait time . This seems to be mostly at certain times and days of the week . The problem seems to be not enough tellers at the front counter , or difficult customers that want to argue or do other things to make their jobs more difficult . I feel that maybe some of the stress could be taken off the backs of the tellers by those that I see sitting around behind desk doing what appears to be not much of anything . I feel that during times of rush , it would not hurt them to get up and help at the front counter . no job should be considered beneath them . However , I would still choose this branch over many other local banks .”
