“I had one vehicle in the shop and needed to drive my truck. I knew I needed new breaks but did not want to sit around in a shop all day. Reluctantly, I put it off until I knew I had to do something about it. I had no idea anyone would come to me to fix my vehicle. I found Smart Bubble Mobile through google search late at night and scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 8am. Chance called about 15 minutes prior for more information. While on the phone with him, I attempted to drive the truck and heard a break pad fall off. He was so helpful, patient and extremely kind during a very frustrating and chaotic morning for me. I was able to change the job location from my job to my home and they handled everything on site. Chance advised that I find another ride to work to avoid ruining my car and risking my life. I 100% recommend them. They kept me updated throughout the service and their prices are upfront.”

I have visited dealer ship in Memphis actually where I purchased my Defender. So I can compare them a 0 and a 10. I was ready to sell my defender before I tried Little Rock dealership… now I will continue to drive a Land Rover because of the excellent service.”

“I have liked everything about this dealership so far, except the fact that they run very far behind on their garage schedule. Be prepared to wait for at least one or two hours before they even begin to work on your vehicle, in spite of having an appointment time scheduled. This is a frustration to me, because it's the same as the doctors office or anywhere else where you schedule an appointment, but that appointment time doesn't actually mean anything.If an appointment is scheduled, that appointment should be honored, and they should not take more vehicles than what they can work on within the time allotted, and should schedule their appointments accordingly. Other than that, everything else has been great, and I would've given five stars except that twice I have scheduled to come in, and have been told it will be a minimum of one to two hours before they even take the vehicle back to begin work on it.”

I had a major noise coming from my front suspension that kept getting worse, so I scheduled an appointment with Sullivan’s Automotive. Booking was super easy, and I brought the car in on the scheduled day. By that same afternoon, they called to let me know it was already fixed. I went ahead and asked them to do an oil change while it was there.
When I came in the next morning to pick it up, they only charged me for the oil change and said the suspension fix was simple. That level of honesty is rare these days.
I just had a good feeling about Ken from the start—soft-spoken, unassuming, and kind at every interaction. The shop is a little out of my way, but it’s absolutely worth the drive. I’ve finally found a good, honest business I can trust.

He helped me choose the repair path that fit my needs with flexible scheduling and different repair options to fit my budget. His sister helps run things and was really supportive whenever I needed something or had questions. She also did a great job at getting my repair scheduled when it worked best for me. Together they make great repair team and I can’t say enough good things about my experience.
