“The store employee was super informative and helpful. Explained everything. He ordered my phone because it was not in stock. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I’m expected to do the set up myself. I am not technologically savvy. He explained because the store wi fi is very slow. I’ll give it a try when I get my new phone.”

“The manager of this store is the bomb. He takes the time to listen and does whatever he can to make sure his people are taken care of to the best of his capabilities. He seems as if he is always training some youngster, and they should be thankful they seem to have a great teacher. Not like other Verizon stores I've been to. He has always helped me get back on track no matter what! Thank u to all that have and do work at this location! Great Job!”
