This Verizon store provides great, friendly, and helpful customer service. The staff goes above and beyond, showing patience beyond expectation and extreme diligence in solving any cellphone problems or questions. They help each other figure out different issues. While some accessory prices, like charging cords, can seem expensive, the overall experience is very pleasant and takes the stress out of phone challenges. The store is highly recommended.

This isn't just for Verizon. I'm giving 5 stars to the Verizon store in Ozark Arkansas. They have always been top notch with ke since ei switched over 3 years ago. The core staff there at that store has been awesome every time I've been in there. They are for sure doing a great job at that location

Great team there! Jessica made sure to find me the best plan I could afford with my new Samsung s25 Ultra phone which I love! I've been with Verizon over 20 years and have never been disappointed. The Russell Cellular r e p s have always been helpful and knowledgeable in the 10 years I have lived in the Ozark area.
