This Verizon store provides great, friendly, and helpful customer service. The staff goes above and beyond, showing patience beyond expectation and extreme diligence in solving any cellphone problems or questions. They help each other figure out different issues. While some accessory prices, like charging cords, can seem expensive, the overall experience is very pleasant and takes the stress out of phone challenges. The store is highly recommended.

I've been to Russell cellular 3 times in past week. I got a new phone, then I needed a bit of help with things. Each time all the people were great, friendly ,helpful, and they helped each other figure out different issues. I would recommend this store to anyone.
