beyond disappointed in what was given as an answer to my parents. The customer service given on July 18, 2025 @ 5-6pm was worse than dog fecal matter. Thank you for wasting my time and most importantly my parents time.
Went another route and ordered what I needed through the Verizon app and went to fort smith shoutout to them. Seems to be an issue where somehow the app can do a better job than the employee that was currently working that day.
Remember “this isn’t the month for iPhones.”
Idk still got them the next day attached is a picture.

I've been to Russell cellular 3 times in past week. I got a new phone, then I needed a bit of help with things. Each time all the people were great, friendly ,helpful, and they helped each other figure out different issues. I would recommend this store to anyone.
