“A nice set up! Has a little bit of everything, from animal feed, to some hardware, to hair cutting and beard grooming! Was surprised and happy to see that the proprietor is also my Insurance man. Everyone else is very helpful and they will load ya all up too. Just tell them what ya need. I also love the Big Dog chews they have at the ready too and pretty good priced.”

“Jamie gave me great information on my delivery and where I could park overnight once I arrived after hours. Darryl and the unload guys were a class act. Helped me fold my tarps and remove all the dumnage. Just a great place to deliver too. I was unloaded in 15 minutes with no wait. All around a top notch facility, well organized professional leadership who hire and train workers to really embrace that same ethos. Hats off to L and W supply in Roger’s Arkansas.”

“My issue is how they display their sale prices. If you show 19.99 on something we shouldn't have to read the fine print that it's for members. Have the regular price and then below it membership. Twice I went up there thinking that was the price to only be told I would have to pay for a membership to get that price.”
“The driver dropped off a load of lumber for the new construction next door. He was there before 7am and noticed I let my dog out. He made a second delivery at 2pm and knocked on the door. “My family visited Home Depot on Friday night in search of flooring and paint. We walked in and got a cart to put my kids in and started on our search. We were greeted multiple times when we walked in. 2 minutes after we walked in, we had a young Home Depot employee approach us with different cart, because he saw us in the front of the store without a fun racing cart for the kids. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back because of the friendliness and helpful employees that made our trip so much more enjoyable! We didn't even have to find employees to help us, they were already looking for us to help!”
“This lowes is large and has a good selection of items. Everyone is usually very friendly. It is a little odd that the girl at customer service today was basically just wearing underwear. I would understand if the employee was a lifeguard, but she’s a customer service representative, which i think warrants wearing pants.”

“I visited this hardware store in Late Dec, 2023, Store was very clean & well organized. I was looking for specific items I needed for my RV. Steph stepped up and was VERY helpful and dedicated to helping me find what I needed, not only that she helped me carry my items to check out, and then out to my car, its rare to get customer service this good anywhere, I'm grateful seriously, Thanks so much Steph. You should keep a strong hold on Steph, she adds value to your store and ACE hardware. I'll be a returning customer and telling my friends & family too how well I was treated.
