“I showed up Saturday afternoon right before closing and talked to the owner. He was so kind to fix my window shield and stayed after hours to do so. I appreciated it so much as I was heading out of town Monday morning. He was quick, explained what he was doing with each step & gave me tips to keep a window from cracking in the hot & cold seasons. “Yes I gave them 5 stars because they did what they where asked an went beyond we recently had a bad experience at Landers Toyota in fact they charge us outrageously and didn't do the work. So don't go to Landers !So We decided to take it to Trotter because we had a 1700 mile trip to take and needed trust worthy service & the service was extremely on point at Trotter yes we paid twice but knowing the work was truly done was comforting they went the extra mile and verified the work that had been done at landers which was spark plugs,water flush .. they charge us 1180.00 for those 3 things they did was an I can try to get some of my money back fromLanders .Well we did make it to our destination with comfort because MY TRUCK WAS RUNNING LIKE SHE WAS BRAND NEW hallelujah no more pull to the right & runs like a dream I totally could see a HUGE DIFFERENCE IN PERFORMANCE .. THANKS GUYS GOD BLESS YOU .. & THANK YOU SO MUCH I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE FROM NOW ON LESSON LEARNED !!!”

“Jennifer and her crew are awesome!!!! She made me feel very relaxed when I was at my wits end after my car accident. She walked me through the entire process and what to expect, and then kept me updated. She is super knowledgeable about everything car related. Any time I had questions she was readily available to get me an answer.
The work the body shop guys do is nothing less than amazing. When I picked up my suv you couldn't tell it had been in an accident.

“While traveling from Texas with family and Little Rock was our destination. I was driving around the city visiting, my Chevy suburban without warning lower ball joint broke, rendering my vehicle none operational, and left me stranded in the middle of the street. Almost instantaneously Stan Womack the brother of the owner, James, witnessed what happened told me right away, we will take care of it as he summoned a tow truck. The speed and the service of the tow truck only caused a 10 minute delay in redirecting traffic. Mr. James Womack, very courteous and professional reassured me they would have me back on the road soon as possible and they were gonna take of me. Within an hour and a half, the repairs were completed they had my family and I enroute to Little Rock on time for my daughter's basketball tournament. Pine Bluff over the years have diminished in several capacities but the small remaining group of hard working citizens like the Womacks still gives hope to a desolate place. Charges were fair and the quality of work they did was second to none. My truck drove just as smooth and straight just as the day I bought it. Thanks again James and Stan.”

“This place is fantastic. The service is quick and they do such a good job. I had to have my foot windshield replaced and they were done within a couple hours where most places I have been took all day. Had to go back and get a side window replaced as well. Was not disappointed. They got the glass and fixed and I haven’t had any issues at all. Not only do they give great service but they also have the best prices around. Definitely a place worth my time and money. I won’t use anyone else!”
