AutoZone on Main Street in Pine Bluff, AR sells new and remanufactured hard parts, maintenance items and car accessories. Customers say the staff are friendly and helpful. One shopper was a happy camper after the team found the part he needed and kept looking until it was found. A customer walked in for brakes, and the store manager gave him a ride to get the rotors. An employee came on a lunch break to help a mother’s car with a special battery for a mobility lift. Another client had an alternator problem and was fixed and back on the road. A battery was installed in under 25 minutes.

Mr Henry Barron was very energetic and welcoming ask for my needs and filled them instantly. I was impressed with his salesmanship when he couldn't convince me on a certain type of product he pivoted and asked about the accessory that went with it and I needed it and was thankful he asked... great service
