“Not sure what happened at Lowe’s. Customer service sucks. Shelves are halfway stocked most of the time with the wrong product. Got credit from the financial company they use. Paid a refrigerator off. They canceled my credit. I’ll drive completely out of my way to avoid Lowe’s. Not even sure why I gave a 2 star. Not even worth that. Don’t shop there and stay a way from Craftsman. Not the same tools they sold at Sears. Low quality. Been dealing with them since they opened. This by far is the worst. I got feedback from the main office asking me To call. I will. Update. Used online order and no issues very pleased this time with the store. Had to get more and got help getting everything I needed.”
