“This is one of the best hotels in Pine bluff. Ms Theresa was an excellent piece of the puzzle. From arriving at the location to checking out she was magnificent! Ms Amy was very helpful and professional as well. Hospitality staff was great, and available when needed. Although it was only 3 days...it was a great time! I'll definitely stay when I get back
Rooms: Room was clean and nice. Only thing I had was I couldn't take a bath. Drain plug was stripped. But other than that. It was good
Nearby activities: Not alot of activities but, there are plenty of places to eat, shop, wash car or atms whatever
Walkability: Just be careful walking. It's a medium traffic area. Wouldn't recommend walking with kids unless you have a stroller or something
Food and drinks: There are plenty of locations affordable in the area. It's a casino 3 mins away along with other things.”

“It was a pleasure staying at this Days Inn for the night when I drove from out of state to visit this town. The front desk ladies are really nice, but this location isn’t the best. Even for a tall guy, I wouldn’t stick around at night outside the motel rooms. I checked in late at 10pm and expected the room to be ready and clean. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the case for me. I saw previous guest’s trash in the room and that the room isn’t very clean. I saw stains on the faucet counter, microwave. The toiletries and coffee packets were missing too- I only saw a lotion and decaf coffee packets only- what really bothered me is that I saw last guest’s used coffee packet inside their coffee maker! This could be a great place to stay at if they pay more attention to cleaning the room and replenish toiletries and other items that should be ready for a room guest to enjoy and use. They should consider at least adding eggs to their breakfast, cereal, milk, bread, and waffles only, isn’t going to do it for most guests.”

“All in all, it's a clean comfortable reasonable place to stay. There is not one any better in close proximity to the casino. There is a Holiday Inn about a 1/4 mile away but we have stayed there as well and as far as clean, and renovations etc they are tied. My only complaint this time is the shower head is really yucky it looks like it's never been wiped down the pink & black mildew on it is not that hard to clean up especially if you are throughly cleaning the tub after each guest. Also there was a hair in the bottom of the tub. Aside from that we had a nice comfortable stay got a suite on the second floor 221 air worked great and it did appear to be clean every where else just the shower head and tub could use some attention to detail. We'll stay here again I am sure until they finish the hotel at Saracen casino In fall of 2025. Also there is some road noise you can hear but it's not to terrible.”
