The store can be clean and organized, with helpful employees who greet customers. Some visits are a good experience with no fuss, especially using online order or self-checkout. However, customer service sometimes sucks, with no employees to be found when help is needed. Shelves are often halfway stocked with the wrong product. There have been significant issues with credit accounts and appliance delivery, though delivery teams work hard. Some product quality, like Craftsman tools, is considered low and not the same as before. Experiences at this location vary greatly.

I bought a refrigerator from Lowe. The guys who shipped it have to work hard to move it through the narrow doors. Thank you!!
