“I found a screw in my tire this morning and popped over to the Fayetteville Sam’s to get it checked out. Justin in the tire and battery shop helped me out and he was fantastic. He explained everything to me carefully and to the point, didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions and truly made me feel like I was in good hands and good to leave in a better situation than how I arrived! Totally recommend this place, ask for Justin! I will be back!”
“Honestly, this is an above average Walmart EXCEPT FOR THE EMPLOYEES WHICH WERE HORRID AND RUDE. But the shelves are well-stocked, the store was clean, and I've realized this is because this is one of the flagship stores, being so close to the home office. I did find everything I needed though”

“A member of my family found out they had flu A today and were provided a prescription for Tamiflu. Our local pharmacy, as well as others in Fayetteville, did not have Tamiflu in stock. Sterling, which we had never used, did have this in stock. They were very kind and courteous in helping a first time customer work through getting the prescription location changed and the product to us in a timely manner. We appreciate it.”
