“Had to make a quick snack and bathroom stop. I was concerned because it was an older store that it would not be a good place to stop. It turned out I was wrong. Very friendly attendants and the bathroom was pretty clean and stocked. It was not shiny new but well kept. They also had plenty of variety of snacks and drinks.”

“Highwater Landing is an unexpected fine dining restaurant in the back of a non-descript grocery store near Horseshoe Lake. Despite the name, the restaurant is not located on the lake, and it does not have a water view. Nevertheless, seafood and steaks are the big thing here, and my ribeye was huge and delicious. The menu also includes fried shrimp, catfish, burgers and sandwiches, all served in a homey atmosphere, with pictures of past area floods on the wall. It's worth the drive from Memphis, but keep in mind that they close at 8:30 PM”

“This place looks modest from the outside, but inside the employees will fix up a custom deli sandwich to your liking. At the same same, you can fill-up your vehicle with gasoline. When I'm in the area, this is an extremely convenient stopping point. They even have a few tables in the back of the store, if you want to eat indoors. Also, they have pizzas that they will make to order. Not bad for a gas station!”

“This gasoline station consistently has fully stocked windshield cleaning supplies at the pumps, which I greatly appreciate. The restrooms are ordinarily acceptably cleanish, so that makes things better. The prices for snacks and drinks are pretty high, but it's a convenience station in a somewhat rural area. All in all, this is a good spot to patronize, as it ordinarily isn't too crowded. note: This facility was formerly doing business as Circle N Exxon. Also, it has never been located on Old Highway 64, which is located a few miles away.”

“People are friendly, food is hot, store is clean compared to the competition across the street, in most cases I would rate this a 3 but considering the competition it's a 5.”

“No restaurant with only taco bell and burger king which quit flame broiling their burgers years ago and grill them now so they taste like cardboard. I really miss and loved that flame broiled taste, but will not eat there anymore until they turn the flame broilers back on. Wish they would put a map of the restaurants that still flame broil on their website, because I haven't been able to find one in years and I'm a truck driver who drives all over the US and Canada. The TA was fine.”

“Gas prices comparable to the other stations, restrooms fairly clean. Restaurant right next door. Several homeless people hanging around out front, and asking for money.”
