“Great experience! Both our vehicles were damaged in the tornado/hail back in May. These guys fixed us right up and now my vehicles are better than before.

The front staff are especially pleasant, they keep you informed every step of the way and always have a big dish of candy on the counter.

Highly recommended!”

“Real nice guys! They replaced a bad plug quickly. After I left, about 5 minutes away, my trailer popped off the ball hitch on my rental truck. They came out and gave me a hand with that too, really going above and beyond! They saved the day!”

“Great experience selling my Jeep to Landers. Lucas was honest and fair while we went through the process. He explained everything and gave me a check when we were done. I was very skeptical walking in thinking I was going to be low balled. That was absolutely not the case. Lucas exceeded my expectations.”

“I am more than satisfied with Caliber Collision and their work on my car. Mr. John Martin was the one assigned to work on my car at the was very informative and kept me updated throughout the entire process, moreso than my insurance company who I didn't hear much from.”

“I previously used Gerber Collison to repair my car after an accident. They did an excellent job. More recently, I was in another accident (other person's fault), and so I took my car to Gerber Collison to repair that as well. They were also able to repair some damage that hadn't been repaired in the past due to finances, but by doing both at the same time, I saved money on my rental vehicle while my car was in the shop. Highly recommend Gerber Collison!”

“I had a great experience with Payless Auto Salvage in purchasing a replacement tire for my Chrysler 200. It is as easy to find the inventory online using their website and I simply called to confirm. I paid in advance over the phone and they were able to pull the tire off and had it ready for me to pick up the next day. I imagine you can also come to check out the part before purchasing if you prefer. Note that the receipt says no refunds although they may exchange a part if there are others in the junk yard.”

“Very knowledgeable, already knew where to start with my issues. Went and dropped off my boat right before Fourth of July and Cliff and Tim still got the job done. We didn’t know much about the boat so we couldn’t get it to start at the lake and he waited at the shop to explain to us how to start it while a boat was sinking in the water ?. Anyways super friendly people and even fixed a couple of things that weren’t the main issue. Highly recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“Easy location. Good, quick service. I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes or less. On most recent visit, they offered to install wiper blades, but I took care of it myself. (They were already helping another customer with same.)”

“These folks are my heroes! I was in Eureka Springs from Louisiana when someone pointed out that my rear tire was about to blow out on my bike. So I quickly phoned Sunrise Honda about 35 miles away and learned that they had a tire in the size I needed to fit my bike. So I held my breath and made a dash for Rogers Arkansas. When I got there around 11am my bike was put back in the garage fairly quickly and within 2 hours I was ready to roll on new rubber. Had they said they couldn't get to it today (Saturday) I would have had to wait until next week to get the work done which would have cost me more to rent my hotel room for additional nights...plus I would not have made it back home Monday in time to return to work from my vacation. Sunrise Honda really saved the day for me!! A huge THANK YOU to the crew for getting me taken care of so quickly and getting me back on the road!!”

“Needed to replace a battery in my Mercedes Sprinter. José stood in the subzero cold for 45 minutes changing it out and made sure everything was perfect. He is an amazing employee and an asset to your business. Whatever you are paying him it definitely should be more. I can't express my gratitude enough for him. Thanks again, José.”

“While at this place I did find several options for my vehicle which was a starter? But where they had this jacked up could not get too? I asked if they would pull the part and they agreed at later date and wanted $45 cash plus tax?? What a rip off!!!! Very disappointed with this business!! It was only 3 bolts for $45 really I had to just leave with no comment. I will never return to them for nothing ever again. Rip offs”

“As a former Naval officer I was always taught to take ownership in everything that my division owned. if one of my guys screwed up, I was the one accountable for that screw up.
We own a 2019 Ford Escape that needed a new battery. It couldn't have come at a more inopportune time as my personal truck (a Toyota) was in the shop getting storm damage repaired and my house which was totaled in the storms has been dragging along in the rebuilding process. I needed this car to be running as both my wife and I need to get to work in different places every day. Well, for those familiar with the Ford Escapes of that era it is no easy feat to replace the battery. I knew that going in and would normally attempt to do it myself but all my tools are in a storage facility and not easy accessible. I called around to most places and was informed that they do NOT install the batteries in Ford Escapes because of the issue of having to take things apart to even get to the battery. I finally called WalMart on Pleasant Grove and was told that they would install the battery for free. I told the person on the phone no less than 3 times that it was a 2019 Ford Escape and was not an easy process and the person insisted that they would replace it. So we jumped the car and drove it to WalMart. When we got there we were informed by a different person in the automotive center that no, they would NOT install the battery. Keeping in mind that I had just been informed of another issue with rebuilding my house (a costly one), I will admit to losing it. I asked to speak to the manager. A man by the name of Austin appeared. I told him the situation, informed him of the phone call the day before and being assured that they would install the battery free of charge, informed him that the vehicle battery was shot and it would no longer start unless it was jumped, informed him that I had to get a rental car because of the battery issue, and informed him that I was now late for work. I then pointed to the sign in the service area that said battery installation is FREE with no notes saying it didn't apply to certain vehicles. This is where Austin took ownership. He said that WalMart would PAY to get it towed to a dealership to put in a new battery AND PAY for the battery due to the inconvenience this situation has caused me. Best part is they lived up to their promise. That's true customer service!! When we went to pick up the car I tried called Austin to apologize for my actions in the morning but he was already gone for the day. Bottom line, Austin backed up Sam Walton's mantra that rule #1 is the customer is always right and rule #2, even if the customer is wrong, see rule #1.

Good job Austin and thanks WalMart Auto on Pleasant Grove for restoring my faith in Walmart's customer service.”

“Huge shoutout to Tonya at Walmart Auto Care! I came in for a flat tire and she went above and beyond—reviewed my Walmart+ membership, checked when I bought my tires, and reminded me it was time for a rotation. I’ve never had service like this at Walmart. As a woman in an auto shop, feeling seen and cared for is huge. Tonya, keep that spark—you’re the reason I’ll keep coming back!”
