He was very nice and willing to help me try and figure out how to get it changed. He ended up not being able to change the bulb, but gave me a great recommendation on a mechanic who could. I forgot to catch his name, but Hispanic heritage I think, maybe 5’6” height, slightly curly short dark hair, lighter eyes, great guy!”
