“Me and my fiancé are new to Arkansas and Bentonville and needed a new bank. We saw some good reviews and decided to give it a shot and open with United Bank. As soon as we walked in all the staff were so so kind and helpful and helped us get started and open an account. We were expecting to be there awhile but they got us all taken care of and out of the door in 30 minutes. Not only did they provide excellent service in person but we got a handwritten and personalized card in the mail a few days later from Mary, who helped us when we first arrived who was amazing. They even threw in a small gift card which is much appreciated. Can't say enough good things about this bank and I haven't been here a week yet.”

We bought some property and financed it through Robin- then converted that to a construction loan- seem less, easy process! “Wow what a kind, positive, and helpful staff! I came in to make an emergency deposit and I was blown away at how fun and personable the staff was.
