Walked all around town and generations bank by the Bentonville community center helped me - they gave me water and a sprite also a place to sit and charge my phone considering it was like 100 % outside god bless them! She was very kind and professional and I wish everyone at this bank were more like her.
I didn't wait long when I arrived, but 2 tellers were busy talking to a customer, just chatting about random things and obviously knew this customer. They ignored me while I stood waiting. Frederica walked behind the counter, said hello to me and offered to help. When I approached her, she was very kind, warm and professional with a welcoming smile.
She is the reason for the 4 stars. It would be less if it weren’t for her. The tellers should learn to put customers first, like Frederica!”
