I wasn’t exactly excited to do so, but right when I walked in, I was greeted by Gavin. I explained my situation and he was eager to help me. He had to sit on hold with a different department for 20-30 minutes, but did it with a smile and had great conversation with me. He was very helpful and he genuinely wanted to help.
