She was always available and if I didn’t fully understand something she was patient and kind explaining it to me.
She made sure all the required paperwork was done in a timely matter. If there was a financial benefit that could be used with the loan she let me know.

Walked all around town and generations bank by the Bentonville community center helped me - they gave me water and a sprite also a place to sit and charge my phone considering it was like 100 % outside god bless them! “Went in to get some documents notarized to sell our home and open a checking account. Unfortunately, we didn't check beforehand how much paperwork we could've done on our own and of course we needed witnesses.
Zachary Wilson helped us get set up with a Joint Checking Account lickity split and then was a maestro helping us sign all of our documents, find witnesses willing to spend about 40 minutes with us, and get everything signed, checked, and double checked in time for us to get going to pick up our kids.

“I had a great experience with Aden at Arvest bentonville square location. I recently had a fraudulent charge on my account, and he went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process much less stressful than I expected.
Aden took the time to walk me through what was happening, made sure the dispute was handled properly, and kept a really positive and professional attitude the whole time. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers. Even after I left he made sure to call and check to make sure the process was going smooth for me.
Really cool guy and exceptional customer service even when Arvest was being reluctant to give me the refund he continued to help me and continue to dispute the charges for me.I will only go to him if I have any problems in the future. Arvest is lucky to have him!”

I’ve always appreciated banking with them, and I recently had an unusual request where I was looking for notes/bills from a particular year for a Pinterest inspired birthday gift. Eileen at this particular branch in Bentonville went above and beyond, problem solving to find the final bill I needed, a $10 bill, to complete my project! Her colleagues at the counter all helped out too! I couldn’t believe it and was so beyond humbled by the pure kindness and enthusiasm they all showed to help my vision come to fruition! I may have even shed a few tears of relief and happiness after running out of other search options and almost running out of time.
