“As a husband, I don’t do much shopping for my wife ( I tend to buy the wrong stuff). However, I was given a specific pair of jeans to purchase and figured I couldn’t mess this up. After entering the store I realized this was probably a big mistake. Then I met Bella, a manager at the store. She helped me find the exact jeans my wife wanted and even helped my find a specific size pair of jeans for myself.
Her customer service was top notch, special thanks to Bella again and the whole staff for helping me out.”
“I came to know about this brand only after the first baby. Then we bought most of our clothes from here. We really liked the varieties that they have for kids. Shoes are good. We didn’t find much options for sunglasses. My kid loves to wear hat, and there are no hats available to choose from. The staff could be more helpful.”

They try to keep the store organized although some people will throw clothes on the floor , over the racks , and even go to the dressing rooms and steal stuff. So the staff is always around in the store. Good prices but people still want to mess up things”
“We found a great deal on a photo package from JCP. We easily set the appt. The photographer asked what our expectations were. We just wanted a basic session in anticipation for a canvas portrait. We approved the package and were completely satisfied. It only took a week to receive our photo package by mail.

“Great razorback merchandise. We shop here every time we go to this mall. I took a star off because there is zero customer service. The staff totally ignore you. Literally, you have to get their attention by going to the register to ask a question about the merchandise. It is the same every time we go, and we always make large purchases.”
“Honestly, I’ve shopped here a bunch of times. I’ve never really had any issues. There was one day where there was a lady who was extremely rude to the guy I was working with and they decided to go ahead and help her move me to a different register and my online accounts are complicated due to the fact I have two rewards accounts one with my phone number and one with my email and for some reason, can’t get them merge to save my life. However, I ended up leaving and told them I’d be back to purchase my items since they seemed busy when I came back and purchased my items, the guy was working with gave me a $25 credit to the store. They have been nothing but professional and are always willing to work with me and I really appreciate the work that they do to make me feel great about the purchases that I make. Continue doing what you’re doing.”
“I recommend getting your haircut and colored at the JCPenney Salon in Rogers. My hairdresser is Lindsay Cook. I love my hair color and my haircut. She’s really good and she doesn’t make you sit in the chair all day.”
