“My MacBook Air would not accept the computer password, after multiple tries i was locked out. I went to Megabyte and Spencer very quickly was able to unlock the computer and we created a new password. After getting home my email would not load and ask for a new password. After creating a new email password on the Mac I had to reset the email in all other devices. in going thru this process the email was locked out and another trip to talk with Spencer resolved this issue. Spencer was very knowledgable, friendly and customer focused. I will not go any other place for future Apple equipment advice or repair”
