“I had stopped at the FedEx Office down the street 5 minutes before closing tonight and they didn't want to help me. I got to this Office Depot at apprx. 8:59. Not only did they help me but they didn't give me any attitude at all. The young red-headed lady in the print shop was very helpful, positive and friendly. You guys really helped me out today as this was urgent to me!!!”

We were planning on doing quite a bit of research and then purchasing a TV at a later date.However, a young lady by the name of Lauren and the Best Buy staff were so helpful and well informed on new technology. we felt comfortable purchasing the TV the same day without continuing to research TV's forever...We both hate shopping, especially at Christmas time. So, it was really nice to walk into Best Buy, learn about these complex TV's, purchase a TV with confidence and be out in 37 minutes. This kind of customer service experience is almost unheard of these days.”

“I can't believe how awesome of a job Juan did !! My PC was telling me it couldn't read the SSD and I assumed I should just replace it, but I wasn't sure. I didn't want to just buy another SSD and find out it was something else. Plus , I was certain Id be paying for another download of windows OS. I called around to a couple places and it seemed I was going to end up paying close to 500$... which is robbery considering I only wanted a diagnoses first or certainty I'd know what I was getting into with cost and repairs. Juan was certain he could fix my problem, knew the possibilities and assured me I wouldn't be getting anywhere close to 500$. I new SSD and install of windows cost me 200$. On top of that Juan made the inside clean and look brand new. This is my go to spot from now on if I have any future issues with my tech problems!!”
