“I walked into the store to browse and walked out with a couch, 2 recliners, a coffee table and 2 end tables on order. Cheryl made sure I was aware the couch and pillows were fully customizable and informed me of the warranty that is offered. She documented the furniture I liked and quoted with the best discounts available. She was also quick to respond when I called back with a question. The furniture in the store is very nice and comfortable. I look forward to receiving my new living room furniture!

“Called and looking for a mattress to take home same day. Spoke with a lovely older lady working the store and she told us she could help us out. We picked a mattress out within 10 minutes, and she even took -$200 off AND got us someone to drive out the the ware house where we could pick up same day, despite the warehouse being closed (we were seriously in a pinch). Incredible experience and service! Will shop with them again for sure.”

“Good selection of mattresses of the top brands. Sales rep knows his products and provides specific information to ALL my questions. He presented company insurance packages without pressure. And, he was patient while I spent time making my selection. He was honest from beginning to end. He even called 2 days later to confirm my satisfaction and provide addition care, as needed. Julien is his name. Ask for Julien!
Delivery was way above my past experiences. Great attitude and communication: Those are #1. The bed was set up, placed, AND the waterproof cover ie the mattress must be placed inside a large enclosed cover that zips shut. This requires 2 people and time. It was part of the set-up. Done without asking. No extra fee. And no expectation of a tip. That’s professional.
Product + sales+ delivery+ attitude = quality.”
