The Bird’s Nest by Kollecta Creations is an absolute gem in our local community! It is a beautiful, family-owned business run by Hector and Nikole, who are genuinely wonderful people. If you follow them on social media, you have probably seen their two amazing kids participating in their hilarious, funny videos—it makes you feel like part of the family before you even walk in. Hector is incredibly talented and crafts gorgeous wooden creations. While most of the inventory features his own unique designs, he also does incredible custom work if you have a specific vision in mind. It is the ultimate spot to just crash, relax, and tap into your creative side.

“I went in to get a cutting board for an anniversary present and this place did not disappoint! Not only did they have a lovely selection to choose from, but they offered to laser engrave it right there in the store. Very nice and helpful people and they even made sure I knew which wood conditioner to get.”
“FYI, shop here without your kids! It's a cute little store, somewhat expensive and a great place to shop gifts for friends. BUT I went once with my 6 year old and it was very uncomfortable bc the worker stared at us the whole time. My kid was by my side and didn't touch anything without asking me. I do understand how kids can be, so shop without your kids if you don't want to get stared at.”

“Owner is so nice she is so knowledgeable on everything very helpful I've been in a few times before but this time I went in for my son I wanted to make him a bracelet for him to chew on and play with I made it at home it really isn't a bracelet but she helped with the idea for it so thank you so much”
