“I was looking for a repeatable jeweler in my area to fix a chain that broke and I came across Morris Crown Jewelry. After reading the reviews, I decided to call to inquire about a repair and spoke to Holly. As I explained to Holly what I would like repaired she suggested sending her a picture of the item which I did. She then asked if I can bring it in so her and David can see it in person. Once there, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I showed David the chain and he suggested a few options. We began chatting about the repair, repair cost and time frame it takes to complete etc. It just so happens that myself and David are former law enforcement and military so we began rambling. Due to David and Holly’s exceptional customer service, kind hearts and amazing service David not only suggested a fair price the turn around time was surprisingly fast. “I took my wedding ring in to be resized. The design of the ring left questions about what would need to be done to make it fit. AV was very upfront about it and communicated well after looking at my ring closely. He had it resized and back to me within two days. No one, including my husband, could ever see where the ring was made bigger. It’s perfect!”
