“They are always extremely helpful but not intrusive which is nice. It’s not one of the retail stores where you feel like your constantly being bothered and can’t look for yourself. Instead they greet you, let you look around, get you the fitting room with your name on the door, and then make suggestions after they get an idea of the style you seem to prefer. Prices aren’t bad and they normally have some type of sale going on.”
“Ethan was an amazing photographer! We had an appointment for February 28th at 11:45 that was just not showing up in the system. He was very kind, patient, and got it worked out for us. He took pictures of my two daughters individually and a few together and they just laughed the entire time. He truly made it such a fun experience. He was so fun to work with and very good at his job. This was by far are best and most fun experience taking pictures here.”

“The store is clean, organized and the staff is friendly. They try to keep the store organized although some people will throw clothes on the floor , over the racks , and even go to the dressing rooms and steal stuff. So the staff is always around in the store. Good prices but people still want to mess up things”
“Great razorback merchandise. We shop here every time we go to this mall. I took a star off because there is zero customer service. The staff totally ignore you. Literally, you have to get their attention by going to the register to ask a question about the merchandise. It is the same every time we go, and we always make large purchases.”
