“Just popped in because I always have to take a peak in hot topic when there's one around.. My 12yo son and I just like to browse.. We were within 40 minutes of closing, and I know how frustrating that is for employees sometimes.. This girl that was working was such a sweetheart. Even hearing her interact with other customers in the store very enthusiastically - she just made my whole night. Great vibes, that girl. When we left, my son told me we should leave a review about how great that was. So here it is! My receipt says the salesperson name is Jordan - shout out to her ?”

Even picked out a few shirts for me in my size that looked good, just like a stylist I was treated so special! It seemed she genuinely wanted to help me out and was happy to. :)”

“Shelves were packed with stuff! Now you can only enter the checkout on one side of the store and there was 4 checkouts for a line that stretched the length of the store.”
