I haven't been to Hot Topic in years, and I was thrilled to get the chance to go in with my child. We were both welcomed warmly and had an overall great experience. ❤

A couple of the female employees are very friendly and go above and beyond as far as customer service goes. The store itself is pretty much like any other location.
