“I went to CVS for years, my prescriptions always took days to fill, always! I finally got fed up and moved all my prescriptions to Walgreens, wow, was that a mistake. They were even worse, I didn't think that was possible. I always drove by Heartland but for some reason I never considered them. I went in for some dental work and they needed to call in a couple of prescriptions, I voiced my concern about the delay in gettingthem filled, they recommended Heartland so I said OK. I called them as I was leaving, they said my prescription would be ready in 10 minutes, so I drove straight there. It was just down the street so I anticipated having to wait awhile. I walk through the door, gave them my info and it was already ready, I couldn't believe it. The following day I anxiously called and moved all of our prescriptions to Heartland. It has been close to two years now and they have never disappointed me. Always fast, they send me a text when they are ready for pickup, they are always pleasant. They call when I am out of refills and sometimes I do have to follow up with my doctor but I am confident my doctors office is the one dropping the ball not them. I would not entertain moving our prescriptions for any reason, they are lightyears better than anyone around.”

This knowledgeable staff is caring and patient(providing the caregiver & patient with info and support to maneuver through the maze of meds) This pharmacy is open to non Highlands Oncology patients. I highly recommend using their expertise.”
“I switched from Walmart pharmacy hoping for a better experience with the pharmacist crew, Tanner and everyone there is so helpful patient and nice. Getting medication can be stressful but they make it easy and make you feel good and informed about taking it. If you want a good experience with a pharmacy go here!!”

“I love Walgreens photo. I use them all the time for my own art to get on canvas and wood, I use it for generated images, I use it for family photos. I would say half of all the artwork I have put together hanging in my home comes from Walgreens photo. They are quick, and professional. In my last order they ran out of the panels I ordered and just gave me the next style for free so I could still get my images same day. This usually would be like a 15% charge difference.”

“I don't usually get my prescriptions filled here but I did go to ask a pharmacist about finding melatonin for my son and they didn't have the Zarby's brand we had bought one other time. She pointed out a man stocking in the section and came out to ask him about what I was looking for and then they both proceeded to look for it on the shelf. When they couldn't find it they recommended a different brand and made sure I was satisfied with what we found. That is customer service that I haven't seen in this town in a while! I appreciate those two people immensely! I wish I would have got their names but what upstanding workers they have here!”
“I am not rating the Walmart pharmacy but instead the pharmacy associate that assisted me. She could tell that I was under duress and assisted me throughout my entire transaction. I don't know her name because I was not myself that day but if I have the opportunity to meet her again I will definitely let you all know her also!”

“Looking for a Covid shot and CVS had what I needed. Also got a flu and tetanus. It was Easy to make an appointment on line but times were limited. Easy check in and short wait. Vaccine area behind a couple barriers - could be more private but okay. You have to peer around corner to see and if you wear appropriate shirt for easy upper arm exposure you’re good to go. Technician was all business but he did loosen up a bit as no one can resist my jokes. Good job.”
