“I went to CVS for years, my prescriptions always took days to fill, always! I finally got fed up and moved all my prescriptions to Walgreens, wow, was that a mistake. They were even worse, I didn't think that was possible. I always drove by Heartland but for some reason I never considered them. I went in for some dental work and they needed to call in a couple of prescriptions, I voiced my concern about the delay in gettingthem filled, they recommended Heartland so I said OK. I called them as I was leaving, they said my prescription would be ready in 10 minutes, so I drove straight there. It was just down the street so I anticipated having to wait awhile. I walk through the door, gave them my info and it was already ready, I couldn't believe it. The following day I anxiously called and moved all of our prescriptions to Heartland. It has been close to two years now and they have never disappointed me. Always fast, they send me a text when they are ready for pickup, they are always pleasant. They call when I am out of refills and sometimes I do have to follow up with my doctor but I am confident my doctors office is the one dropping the ball not them. I would not entertain moving our prescriptions for any reason, they are lightyears better than anyone around.”

“When a cancer diagnosis sets your head spinning with too many meds and procedures, the Highlands Pharmacy staff HELP! This knowledgeable staff is caring and patient(providing the caregiver & patient with info and support to maneuver through the maze of meds) This pharmacy is open to non Highlands Oncology patients. I highly recommend using their expertise.”

“BEST pharmacy in the area! The workers are always kind on the phone and in person! They are speedy too when compared to the other Walmart pharmacy’s in the area that take hours to fill! Other poor reviews are from years ago, they must’ve changed workers because now it is great! Please note the exact street address on this location as there is another Walmart pharmacy down the street— I’ve run into this issue a few times!”

“Had to pick up an emergency prescription this morning. They were so accommodating to have the prescription filled in 10 minutes and not one minute delayed. They were so helpful to help ensure that they had my pharmacy insurance on record and it saved me $60 today. Thank you to the staff for being so warm and helpful.
