About Pure Barre
Pure Barre in Rogers is an empowering full-body workout inspired by yoga, Pilates, and ballet. The classes feature low-impact, high-intensity movements designed for any fitness level. Many find it a phenomenal workout with incredible results, noting it transforms you both physically and mentally. The 45-50 minute classes provide a full-body workout no matter the format. The studio at Pinnacle Hills is described as a supportive and welcoming community. The instructors are outstanding, nurturing, and affirming, with a lot of heart. They personalize the experience for each student, providing assistance and making everyone feel comfortable. The open environment helps students persist, gaining new confidence within a few weeks. It is seen as excellent cross-training and a great holistic fitness addition. While it is a boutique fitness center, the health and mental benefits, including stress release, are considered to offset the cost. A free Foundations or Engage class is highly recommended for those who are questioning.
I have been a member since the beginning of summer and I have been extremely happy with each class I have attended! All the instructors are amazing and very encouraging!

I have never loved a group fitness class more. I’ve been at pure barre for a few years now and have been able to workout through my pregnancies. The results are phenomenal and I love the community!
