The employees are friendly and accurate with my money. If you use the drive-thru and use your driver's license as a proof of identity, make sure you get it back, esp. if your schedule is so crammed that it'd be hard to go back during their 8:30-5pm hours within 4 days (or they'll shred it).

We have used Regions for a very long time. Would not go anywhere else because they get to know their customers and are friendly, professional and caring. I am a widow and they go out of their way to help me at a very confusing time.
