“Tradehome Shoes are very unique. We were pleasantly surprised when we visited your store. The Assistant Store Manager, Hayden Allen, introduced himself and explained to us that he would help solve our 10 year old problem of finding the right sizes of tennis shoes and sandals for our disabilities.
After trying on many different pairs of shoes and great customer service. Hayden found everything we needed.
Your store is clean, with friendly associates and a great selection of shoes. We are looking to buying more shoes in the future. Best wishes from Michael and Susan Small”

“It was my first time to purchase a pair of shoes from the store. I have shopped in here before, but never bought anything because of the lack of attention by staff. Yesterday I met an employee by the name of “Emily” who took time with me and learned of my diabetic feet, peripheral neuropathy, bunions, and the fact that I needed a supportive shoe with a wide toe box. I initially told her I would prefer a black shoe. I have never had such attention to detail as Emily gave me. She was knowledgeable about every shoe in the store. She recommended arch supports, soles to keep me from falling, a wide fit and Had me sit down, try on at least 12 pair of shoes! Granted, I was there in the early afternoon when she and the other coworker were not swamped with people. But I write this, sincere that I have never had anyone care that much!!!! Thank you Emily for working tirelessly with me!!! I walked away with a pink pair of slip on Skechers — With a big smile on my face and meeting all of the criteria, As well as keeping me in the required budget!! I want the owners to know that she went above and beyond the call of her job description, . I plan on returning to see her when I need my next pair.”
“i was just in there and bought a pair of shoes. i believe the lady that helped us wad named Jaylen. she greeted us as we came in. she was so kind, understanding, helpful, and polite. it's very hard for me to find shoes. she hunted and helped us hunt until we found a pair of shoes i could wear !

“4/24/24 was the first time I have ever been to this show store. I definitely regret NOT coming here sooner! They have a decent size shoe inventory. The staff is very welcoming. Kaylee was the person who assisted me. She has amazing customer service and was extremely helpful. I will definitely be coming here for shoes more often”

I would go to Academy sports every time before I check online if I can’t find it in academy sports and then I go online, but I guarantee it’ll be an academy sports.”
