This hotel is very comfortable and homey. You are welcomed by excellent staff to a clean room, spacious room. Most staff is very responsive and communicative when needs arise. Do not hesitate to reach out to ensure your stay is amazing. Carlos is very welcoming, charming and the life of the conversation. He could turn (almost) anyone's frown upside down! What a great person to meet. Mrs. Nichole, Mrs. Karri, Mr. Steve, Garrett and Nathaniel were always very prompt to serve and ensure that our stay was going as smoothly as possible. Mrs. Yesenia in the kitchen and Mrs. Jessica in room service were especially great with how they interact with everyone and elevate the comfortable feel of the place. CJ was helpful and has a lot on her plate she deals with! She does her best to provide the excellent team atmosphere from what I can tell.

I stayed here Monday through Friday for about two months. The staff was amazing. (Please excuse any misspelled names and anyone I fail to mention due to little or no contact with.) Kerri, Carlos, Nicole, Belle, CJ, the new guy Garrett,and the kitchen ladies were all wonderful. Dana was amazing and set my company up on a corporate rate. The rooms were clean. The breakfast and M-W social meals were good.
Now for the bad that made me give 3 stars. Corporate failings I presume. I stayed in many different rooms. All of the queen suites need adjustable TV mounts to comfortably watch TV from the couch or bed. One shower curtain lacked the magnets/weights in the corners to keep the curtain inside the tub while showering. One toilet paper holder was missing the rod that holds the roll. Some of the bathroom doors rubbed the floor probably from water damage. The exterior doors' keycard readers don't work. All of the guests knew it and were putting pebbles in the door jamb to keep them from closing while they were smoking, grilling, or hanging out on the back patio. These should be fixed immediately for safety reasons. There was a piece of siding above the back patio that was hanging. I reported this danger to staff. They took pictures and reported to corporate. It eventually fell about a week later. Luckily no one was hit by it. The keycard machine went down. These workers had to walk every guest to their room to let them in every time. This went on for over a week. Corporate should've jumped on this to get it fixed. Annoying and dangerous for staff and annoying for guests.
To those wonderful workers that became my friends, I'm sorry that your company's lack of support and action cost you the 5-star review you deserve. If this review makes you angry at me, then maybe look at yourself. Are you a corporate shill who doesn't care about the satisfaction, safety, and well-being of the guests and workers?

Stayed 2 nights here with family and didn’t have the best experience.
Pros: Lobby area is nice, breakfast was okay, suite shop is well stocked, social event on weeknights.
Cons: Check-in was a cluster - we waited for 30 minutes in a line to get our room key. We were put in a handicap accessible room even though we specifically told them we didn’t want the room. Rooms were spacious and clean, but definitely a bit dingy and dated. Our room faced the highway and the road noise was apparent and distracting while we were in the room. The staff laundry/cleaning room doors were always open, which isn’t necessarily a welcoming site when you walk off the elevator. We prepaid with credit card points and the staff was repeatedly not helpful in verifying that and ensuring that our payment processed properly. We followed up while onsite and after our trip to validate everything. They ended up directly charging us a much higher rate, which we ended up having to dispute with our credit card company.
Was very disappointed with this stay. Staff was a letdown, as were the facilities. Would suggest staying elsewhere if you’re in the Rogers/Bentonville area.

This location was Amazing! I checked in around 6pm. The front desk lady was so polite and I received a room upgrade. Not sure why, but the room was massive. When I checked out, the front desk lady was very kind. Recommended

Absolutely ridiculous, i stayed here for a tournament and had to be awake at 6 am and all throughout the night there was thumping and every kind of noise you could think of, for gods sake make people shut up its ridiculous!

I would recommend this place 10/10 and the reason why is cause everyone at the front desk has been very helpful!! The rooms are very nice and alot of space. The cleaning ladies have been very nice and have kept the room stocked up with towels and anything you need while enjoying the stay!! The breakfast down stairs has been on point and also have a choice of what you want to drink!! I would just line to say I have enjoyed my stay here from the time I checked in on February 19th til I got ready to leave!!

Quiet area. Rooms are clean and upkept. Only thing is coffee is not offered all day like most Staybridge hotels. Otherwise, great front desk personnel, great stay

My husband and I were in town visiting friends and stayed at this hotel. It was clean, the staff were professional and friendly. We had a short stay but if anyone had planned to stay longer, the room had a small kitchen which is nice. Breakfast was great. The staff kept the food full and were very attentive. The best part is that the breakfast bar had bacon!

Rooms were average.
Coffee wasn’t fresh daily or always available during the day. Breakfast on weekends not same quality used to with this brand. I travel a lof for work and often chose this brand when it’s available for the great breakfast.
Eggs were cold, no danish options, breads were stale and we were there when they started serving.
