Staybridge Suites Bentonville - Rogers is a comfortable and homey hotel in a quiet area. The property is described as wonderful, amazing, and very nice, with clean, spacious, and well-upkept rooms. Guests consistently praise the incredible, excellent, and amazing staff, who are warm, welcoming, polite, kind, helpful, and responsive. The front desk personnel, kitchen staff, and cleaning team are all highlighted for their excellent service, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable stay. Amenities like the breakfast and social meals are noted as good and on point.
However, some corporate-level maintenance issues prevent a perfect experience. Several rooms have problems, such as poorly positioned TVs, malfunctioning bathroom fixtures, and doors with faulty keycard readers. A significant safety concern involved loose siding and the prolonged breakdown of the keycard system, which required staff to manually let guests into their rooms. These issues, perceived as corporate failings, impacted guest safety and convenience. Despite these drawbacks, the outstanding staff atmosphere leads many to highly recommend the hotel for a great stay.
The Breakfast bar was subpar and they had one lady running it and you can tell she was in above her head. She was kind and tried to meet everyone's need but the hotel need at least 2 more people to help her out..

Just an awesome spot. Super clean, super friendly, great location, just make sure your room is not on the interstate side or bring ear plugs.
